Terms applicable to programme members
2.1 Scope of the service
Oralu provides documented nutrition guidance frameworks for working professionals. Oralu products are nutritional food-supplements registered with the applicable local regulatory authority under food-supplement classification. Products meet compositional and labelling requirements for nutritional supplement categories. The programmes produced by Oralu are educational and informational in nature. They are not a substitute for individual advice from a qualified wellness or nutrition professional.
We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any supplement to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
2.2 Programme access and delivery
On confirmation of a programme engagement, the studio will deliver the relevant programme materials by electronic correspondence within the timescale specified in the engagement confirmation. Seasonal updates to active programmes are delivered at the scheduled quarterly revision dates. Members are notified by email at least seven days before each revision release.
2.3 Member conduct
Programme materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell programme materials. Each programme engagement is issued to a named individual and is not transferable.
Oralu reserves the right to terminate a programme engagement without notice if a member is found to be reproducing or distributing programme materials in breach of this licence, or engaging in conduct that is abusive toward studio staff.
Ownership of content and programme materials
All content on oralu.info — including text, editorial copy, methodology documentation, programme frameworks, photographic imagery, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Oralu unless otherwise attributed. This content is protected by United Kingdom copyright law and, where applicable, by database rights.
Programme materials delivered to members remain the intellectual property of Oralu. The studio grants each member a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes for the duration of the programme engagement.
The Oralu name and wordmark are unregistered trademarks of the studio. They may not be used in any context that implies affiliation with or endorsement by Oralu without prior written consent.

This exclusion does not apply to any liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Oralu does not warrant that this website will be available at all times or that the information on it will be free from error. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend access to any page or programme at any time without prior notice.
